The print publication reaches 36,000 design engineers, managers, R&D professionals, and other important members of the industry, each qualified by job function, business, and industry. The website expands on that group to offer content and value to any member of the medical device design/manufacturing industry.

MDT debuted in 1997 and has been in publication and online since, serving the industry first as a product tabloid and then transitioning to offer a more complete editorial offering as it stands today.
