Helix Medical LLC, a custom manufacturer for the medical device and healthcare industry, offers complex thermoplastic extrusions for medical devices. Capabilities include single- to multi-lumen tubing (up to nine lumens), stripe and bump tubing, braided tubing for thin wall stent systems, PEEK extrusions, ultra tight tolerances, and balloon tubing and forming.

Backed by 26 years of silicone extrusion and molding experience, Helix Medical is now able to offer thermoplastic extrusion services through VistaMed, a Helix Medical joint venture company. The Freudenberg Group and Helix Medical Europe acquired a 50% share of VistaMed in April 2010. Through this alliance Helix Medical also offers the design and development of complex catheter systems to customers worldwide.
