Sealant Equipment & Engineering, Inc.’s new 2600-093 Micro-Kiss™
Series Mix-Dispense Valves are designed for low-flow mixing and dispensing of
2-component adhesives and sealants such as silicones, epoxies, urethanes and
acrylics.
The Micro-Kiss Mix-Dispense Valves are used to apply 2-part
adhesives and sealants for bonding, gasketing, potting and filling processes in
aerospace, appliance, contractor, defense, electronics, filters, marine,
medical, sporting goods, automotive, truck and bus component dispensing
applications.
The new mix-dispense valves are based on the company’s Micro-Kiss
No-Drip® valve body design for low-flow fluid control using bayonet style
static mixers. The No-Drip design feature integrates carbide ball-end needles with
carbide seats for long life dispensing of viscous and abrasive materials.
The new 2600-093 Micro-Kiss Mix-Dispense Valves are uniquely
engineered having individual Micro-Kiss actuator valves for Part-A and Part-B
materials. On-off actuation of the valves provides controlled flow of each fluid
component into the mixer providing a more accurate on-ratio mixing of the
low-flow materials. This is especially ideal for mix ratios wider than 1 to1.
The 2600-093 No-Drip valves weigh 1.5 lbs, are 1 inch x 1.8
inches wide by 4.9 inches long and are high pressure rated. The valves are
double air actuated for 4-way pneumatic valve connections. The divorced-design
fluid body has fluid inlet ports for Part A and B materials and accepts a wide
variety of bayonet motionless mixers. The valve bodies have two screw holes and
two dowel holes for accurate mounting. The valves may be mounted to robot
tooling, automation fixtures and electric or pneumatic valve handles.
