PTFE Gaskets Die-Cut to Specification

Custom die-cut PTFE gaskets, seals, washers, and related parts requiring chemical-, corrosion-, moisture- and wide temperature-resistance are being introduced by Interstate Specialty Products, Inc. of Sutton, Massachusetts.

Interstate PTFE Gaskets can be made from virgin or filled PTFE, PFA, TFM, and expanded PTFE with glass fiber, carbon, or graphite to achieve specific lubricity, wear, and temperature performance characteristics. Die-cut to specification in a wide range of sizes, they feature seamless one-piece construction, are chemically inert, and naturally slippery.

Unaffected by most corrosive liquids, vapors, and gases, Interstate PTFE Gaskets can operate from -400°F to 500°F. Die-Cut to precise customer specifications, parts can range from 0.250” up to 60” dia. by 0.003” to 0.250” thick and can conform to FDA, AMS, and Military specifications.

Interstate PTFE Gaskets are priced according to configuration, quantity, and special OEM requirements. Price quotations are available upon request.
