Miniature 4:1 Input, 2W DC-DC Converters
MicroPower Direct is pleased to announce the availability of the D200ERU series. Featuring an ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range, this miniature series of 2W SIP converters provides miniature packaging, tight output regulation, 1,500 VDC input/output isolation and high reliability. As part of our "Cost Cutter" series of products, they are offered at very low cost.

Eighteen models operate from wide 4:1 inputs of 9 to 36, or 18 to 72 VDC,  providing single and dual outputs of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15, ±5, ±9, ±12 or ±15 VDC. Standard features include tight line/load regulation, an input/output isolation of 1,500 VDC, continuous short circuit protection, and efficiency as high as 80%. Also standard is a remote ON/OFF control input. The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F)
of the D200ERU series is greater than 1.0 Mhours.

The D200ERU family is packaged in a miniature, Single-Inline-Package (SIP) case. The pin-out is industry standard. Each model is specified for operation over the wide operating industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Cooling is by free-air convection.

The D200ERU series is an ideal solution for a variety of board level power applications requiring 2W of output power, a very wide input voltage range, miniature package size and low cost. Applications
would include industrial process systems, board level data acquisition systems, robotic systems and board level power distribution subsystems.
