Casenet takes in $8.4M for healthcare software

Bedford health-care software maker Casenet LLC has raised $8.4 million from a planned $8.8 million equity offering, according to a regulatory filing. The company makes software that health plan providers use to manage care, from wellness programs to caring for serious illnesses.
