Compounding Solutions is a leading manufacturer of specialty medical compounds, color concentrates, and additive concentrates.  Each compound is custom formulated and manufactured to exact specifications in grades for extrusion and injection molding.  What sets Compounding Solutions apart is our commitment to producing the highest quality products, from lot to lot and from pellet to pellet, using the best technology available.

Compounding Solutions has a wide range of co-rotating twin screw extruders to meet our customer’s needed volumes.  We have five 27 mm compounding lines for small lot sizes (10 – 500 pounds), one 40 mm for medium lot sizes (200 – 2,000 pounds), and two 50 mm for large lot sizes (1,000 – 40,000 pounds.) 

All of our compounding lines are equipped with:

  • PLC  driven control systems

  • Loss in weight feeders w/side stuffing capability
