Medical device maker Endologix Inc. said Friday it named Thomas C. Wilder to the board of directors.

Wilder replaces Paul McCormick, whose term on the board expired. The company has seven board members.

Wilder is currently the president and CEO of Sequent Medical, a private company focused on developing devices for neurovascular disease.
