Accretive Health Inc. (NYSE: AH), a Chicago-based provider of outsourced revenue cycle management services to US hospitals, priced 10 million shares at $12 each on May 19. The price was below the $14 to $16 filing range. The number of shares offered was reduced by 25 percent from the original filing. Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan were the lead managers. The stock closed the first day, Thursday, at $13.55, and ended the week at the same $13.55, up $1.55 from the offering price.
ReachLocal Inc. (Nasdaq: RLOC) priced 4.2 million shares at $13 each on May 19. The price was well below the $17 to $19 filing range. J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch were the lead managers. The Woodland Hills, Calif.-based company sells online marketing services for small businesses through a localized sales force. The stock closed the first day, Thursday, at $14.98, and ended the week at $15.26, up $2.26 from the offering price.
