Before joining ZS, Badenhoop served as vice president at LifeScience Consulting Group, Arthur D. Little and Ernst & Young Consulting, with progressive responsibilities for managing the firms' healthcare and pharmaceutical practices in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, respectively. Before starting his consulting career, he served as head of business development at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Germany and head of the pharmaceuticals office at the Schering AG headquarters in Berlin, Germany.
