Carrot Medical LLC has raised $1.1 million in an equity offering filed Monday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Boston-based company develops communications systems in healthcare – a business it acquired from SmithCurl Communications, according to the Carrot Medical website. The company aims to bring visual clinical data for improved medical imaging and medical electronics design.
