Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc. has elected Marsha H. Fanucci to its board of directors.

Fanucci is the former chief financial officer of fellow Cambridge-based biotechnology company Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc. She also serves on the board at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Cambridge-based Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc.
