Hologic Inc., a Bedford developer of diagnostics tools for women’s health, has acquired Interlace Medical Inc., a Framingham medical device maker, for $125 million.

Hologic officials noted in a press release that Interlace will be included in the Bedford company’s GYN Surgical Products division. As part of the acquisition deal, Hologic will also receive two annual contingent payments.
