Health insurer Cigna Corp., on Thursday, declared an annual dividend of 4 cents.

The dividend is payable April 11 to shareholders of record as of March 11.

Cigna also added $500 million to its share repurchase authorization. The company said it now has $675 million remaining on its stock buyback authorization.

Shares of Cigna closed at $41.53 on Thursday.
