Accuray Showcases CyberKnife Robotic Radiosurgery System at American Urological Association Meeting

SUNNYVALE, Calif. and WASHINGTON, May 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Urological Association (AUA) Meeting, May 16, 2011 -- Accuray Incorporated (Nasdaq: ARAY), a global leader in the field of radiosurgery, announced today that it will showcase the CyberKnife® Robotic Radiosurgery System, used to treat more than 6,500 prostate cancer patients around the world to date, in the company's booth (#3243) at the American Urological Association (AUA) meeting. Accuray will also sponsor a theater presentation on use of the CyberKnife System for prostate cancer, highlighting published long-term data on outcomes and the important role of multidisciplinary teams in treating prostate cancer patients with SBRT.  The AUA meeting takes place May 14-17, 2011 in Washington, D.C.
