Smith & Nephew Inc.’s Andover-based endoscopy division won the latest round in a pair of patent disputes with Arthrex Inc. of Naples, Fla., with an Oregon federal court jury awarding $85 million to Smith & Nephew.

The endoscopy division is a subsidiary of U.K.-based Smith & Nephew plc (NYSE: SNN). The Oregon case was focused on Arthex’s Bio-SutureTak, PEEK SutureTak, PushLock and Bio-PushLock suture anchor, according to a press release from Smith & Nephew.
