BETHESDA, Md., Aug. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Chindex International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHDX), an American health care company providing health care services in China through the operations of United Family Healthcare, a network of private primary care hospitals and affiliated ambulatory clinics, today announced its participation in the following conferences:

The Deutsche Bank 2011 Global Emerging Markets One-on-One Conference, to be held September 7-9, 2011 at the Waldorf-Astoria hotel in New York City. Management is scheduled to meet with institutional investors on September 8, 2011. The Morgan Stanley Global Healthcare Conference, to be held September 13-14, 2011 at the Grand Hyatt New York, and the Morgan Stanley China Healthcare Day, to be held September 15, 2011 at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston. Management is scheduled to present at 10:55 a.m. ET on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 and to meet with institutional investors throughout the duration of both conferences. The Jefferies 2011 Global Healthcare Conference, to be held September 27-28, 2011 in London. Management is scheduled to present at 11:20 a.m. BST on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 and to meet with institutional investors throughout the duration of the conference.
