Biomedical Structures LLC has appointed a new president and CEO in Dean J. Tulumaris, a former executive in the medical device outsourcing and manufacturing field. Warwick, R.I.-based Biomedical designs and develops biomaterials and textiles to medical device manufacturers for applications such as orthopedics, reconstructive surgery and tissue engineering.
