Crystal River, FL Inventor Receives Award at America’s Largest Invention Show
PITTSBURGH--InventHelp’s INPEX->, America’s Largest Invention Trade Show, announced several award winners at the closing awards dinner for its 27th annual show. All of the inventions were exhibited June 13-15, at the Monroeville Convention Center, minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The inventions recognized run the gamut from concept to finished product, from high-tech to ‘why didn’t I think of that’ items. Awards were presented in categories ranging from advertising to transportation as well as special awards from corporations and individuals. An international jury judges each of the inventions, and selects a winner in each category. The following individual won an award in the Medical Category:
GOLD MEDAL: Tube-Evac DLS™ – Vance Shaffer –: A device created by the husband of a breast cancer survivor; designed to “clear” tubing attached to a drain placed in a surgical site.
