SAN ANTONIO, (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Since late 2010 TechnoPhysics Solutions, Corp., (TPS Corp), has been working on the licensing, from the University of Texas at San Antonio, of what has now come to be called the Heartfelt(TM) Infant Vitals and Video Monitoring System. This System is the world's first complete infant monitoring system that will relay in real-time via a smart phone, computer or tablet a child's breathing and heart rate, ambient room temperature, sharp video, crisp audio as well as storing a 30 day history of your child's vitals data.

"There are over 4 million births annually in the US and we expect to sell over .00125 percent of that market or 15,000 units in the next three years grossing over 9 million dollars during that time with over 5 million dollars in profit," said Rudy W. De La Garza, president and CEO of TPS Corp.

The company has started its B fundraising for over 1.5 million dollars pursuant to Rule 506 of Regulation D for accredited and not more than 35 non-accredited investors only. The offering can be viewed by qualified investors at www.tpsoffering.com. "The funds are not being used for development. That has already been completed. The funds are being earmarked mostly for manufacturing," Mr. De La Garza stated. The Company has a commitment of matching funds up to $300,000 from one of the original investors. If all goes as planned, the Company believes it could have the Heartfelt in consumer's hands within 3 to 4 months.
