Power and Associates 2012 U.S. Employer Health Insurance Plan Study(SM). The organization received high marks in key factors that affect employer satisfaction such as account servicing, problem resolution, program offerings, cost and employee plan service experience.
Based on a 1,000 point scale, Kaiser Permanente received 716 points — two points over last year and well above the overall satisfaction index average of 672.
