Group purchasing organization Novation details the discounts, from 10% to 71%, on capital equipment ranging from centrifuges to MRI suites.

Novation said members of VHA Inc., UHC and Provista LLC can nab discounts of up to 71% on capital equipment fromJuly through September.

The group purchasing organization said the discounts include medical devices ranging from centrifuges and patient beds to CT scanners and nuclear medicine equipment.

The med-tech equipment is made by Siemens (NYSE:SI), Space Labs, Medcom, Maquet, St. Jude Medical (NYSE:STJ), Hill-Rom Holdings (NYSE:HRC), Dornoch and Cardinal Health (NYSE:CAH).
