A partner of Watertown-based pSivida Corp. (Nasdaq:PSDV), which makes drug delivery products for treatment of back-of-the-eye diseases, will get $40 million in equity. PSivida partner Alimera Sciences will use the financing to develop Iluvien, its treatment for diabetic macular edema (DME).
