Partners in Care Comprehensive Support Program, designed to be a simple, yet in-depth solution focusing on three tenets—support, education and professional services—for Welch Allyn customers, is a program that helps them manage their Welch Allyn experience from start to finish. Enhancements to Partners in Care now include all-inclusive wired-accessory coverage, full calibration programs and complete cardiology equipment protection for electrocardiograph (ECG) products, spirometry and ambulatory blood pressure monitors.

As part of the enhancements to the comprehensive support program, Welch Allyn expanded accessory protection to include all wired supplementary parts that originally ship with the product. Batteries, ECG cables, SpO2 sensors and cables, power cords and embedded printers and transformers are now included in the accessory protection coverage and customers can claim up to one of each accessory per year on a defective accessory per covered device. Full calibration services are now an available option. Additionally, since many cardiology equipment customers incorporate different combinations of ECG, spirometry and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring devices, Welch Allyn will now offer protection programs covering their bundled systems.
