Imaging3 Files Chapter 11

(OTCBB: IMGG), developer of a breakthrough medical imaging device that produces 3D medical diagnostic images of virtually any part of the human body in real-time, announced today that on Thursday, September 13, 2012 the company filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code, 11 U.S.C.§§101 et seq., in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, Los Angeles Division, as case No. 2:12-bk-41206-NB.
