Israeli medical device firm ARGO Medical Technologies will open a U.S. headquarters in Marlborough, which will employ up to 40 workers. The company, which has a developed an “exoskeleton” suit that enables paraplegics to stand and walk, made the announcement at the AdvaMed 2012 conference in Boston Tuesday.
