MindChild Medical Inc. of North Andover and Oxford University agreed to a research partnership to develop signal processing software for the medical technology company’s Meridian product - a fetal heart rate data monitor. 

In September, the company’s fetal monitor received (501(k)) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
