The Supreme Court this week revisited the landmark healthcare reform decision that originally upheld the Affordable Care Act's individual insurance mandate.

The Supreme Court decided to allow a lower court to proceed with a case against the law, getting the Obama administration's nod to do so.

The lawsuit, filed by Liberty University, was previously barred when the court ruled that the case was premature on the grounds that the mandate, labeled a tax, couldn't be brought against the measure before it takes effect in 2014.
