Omnicare raises quarterly dividend a penny

Omnicare Inc., which dispenses drugs to nursing homes and long-term care facilities, said Thursday its board approved raising its quarterly dividend by a penny to 3.25 cents per share.The dividend is payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record on Aug. 31.
