DaVita offering $1.45 billion in senior notes

DaVita Inc. will $1.45 billion in senior notes, the kidney dialysis services provider said Friday.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds to buy or redeem its outstanding 6 5/8 percent senior notes due 2013 and 7 1/4 percent senior subordinated notes due 2015.

Banc of America Securities LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are acting as underwriters for the offering.
