Medical software firm iMedX lands $2.5M

Shelton, Conn.-based iMedX Inc. [1] has raised a $2.5 million equity financing, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission [2].

The company is a provider of medical transcription software and services and is backed by New Canaan, Conn.-based RFE Investment Partners. The filing lists RFE managing directors Michael Foster, Peter Reiter and James Parsons as company directors.
