Boston Scientific to pay up to $265M for Rhythmia

Boston Scientific Corp. (NYSE: BSX) said it will acquire Burlington-based Rhythmia Medical Inc. for $90 million with up to an additional $175 million in payments contingent on various milestones reached between now and 2017.
