LifeWatch lands CE Mark approval for its LifeWatch V health smartphone platform, a self-operated device designed to help patients track health records.
Switzerland-based LifeWatch received CE Mark approval to launch its LifeWatch V health smartphone platform in European Union.
The device allows consumers to self-operate embedded medical sensors, wellness-related applications, cloud-based services and 24/7 call center support. The sensors include ECG, body temperature, blood glucose, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, body fat percentage and stress analysis measurement, according to the press release.
