Becton, Dickinson names to its board Catherine Burzik, who held the corner office at Kinetic Concepts until shortly after the company's $6.3 billion acquisition.

Burzik held the corner office at Kinetic Concepts from 2006 until the company was sold for $6.1 billion [5], a deal which closed late in 2011.
