Johnson & Johnson [1] (NYSE:JNJ [2]) tops the charts as the best medical device company to work for according to Glassdoor.com, a database of anonymously posted information about salaries, interviews and jobs from current and former medical device industry employees.

The New Brunswick, N.J.-based medical products conglomerate received an average score of 3.5 (out of a best score of 5) in terms of employee satisfaction, based on 860 reviews on the website.
