Copolymers

Two grades of K-Resin® styrene-butadiene copolymer (SBC) intended for use in sheet extrusion and thermoforming are available in commercial quantities. K-Resin XK40 and XK41 SBC are the latest grades developed by Chevron for the thermoformed sheet market. These grades provide extruders and end-users with a clear, tough sheet that maintains the integrity of either shallow or deep draw thermoformed products such as cups, lids, blister packs, portion packages, and single service containers.
