This .9 degree stepping motor delivers optimum performance in contemporary medical equipment and other applications that demand sensitive position control. This motor offers significantly improved performance at lower cost compared to traditional 1.8 degree stepping motors. The .9 degree stepping motor operates more quietly and achieves lower resonance at a reduced cost, by using a full or half step drive instead of a more expensive microstepping drive normally used with a 1.8 degree step motor.
