Positioning Stages

These high precision X, Y, Z, and theta positioning stages are designed for medical applications. They offer high reliability, high resolution, and cost effectiveness. Other attributes include: clean room compatibility (to class 100), very low noise, vacuum compatibility, radiation hardened, robust construction, and high (24/7) duty cycles. Linear stages are available with linear motors, screw drives, or belt drives with standard travel to 2 meters, payloads to 500 kg. And speeds to 3 m/sec.
