Loading and Assembly System

The TaskMate robotic loading and assembly system combines a FANUC LR Mate mini robot with ESS-designed equipment to create a system that reduces repetitive motion in the loading and assembly of packaged medical devices and other products. The system performs a wide variety of tasks to increase efficiency and productivity while reducing cost, and the equipment works in a number of environmental settings, including cleanroom, process, and packaging. Equipped with a tabletop platform, interlocked guarding, and optional light curtain, the TaskMate system easily integrates with most process or packaging equipment.
