DC/DC Converters Deliver up to 165 W

The new product operates from a 6 V to 14 V DC input bus with a tightly regulated programmable output voltage of 0.75 V to 5.5 V DC, and the converters incorporate an output voltage tracking function that enables various sequenced power-up and power-down scenarios. The first delivers up to 55 W of output power at a power density of up to 600 W/cubic inch, and the second delivers 165 W at a power density of up to 560 W/cubic inch. The FPMS12T converters are offered in 6 A, 8 A, and 10 A output current models, in a 1 inches× 472 inches× 0.195 inches industry-standard SIP package. The FPLS12T converters are offered in 10 A, 16 A, 20 A, 25 A, and 30 A output current models, in a 2.0 inches× 0.535 inches× 0.276 inches industry-standard SIP package. All products are RoHS compliant.
