Custom Laser Processing

Laserage offers extensive custom laser processing such as precision cutting, drilling, scribing, welding and heat treating on a wide variety of materials to meet customer specifications. They currently operate over 40 laser systems. Production capabilities include components for implantable devices, stents and other medical and surgical instruments; electronic substrates; aerospace flight-critical assemblies and other custom cable assemblies. Finishing operations include nitinol shape setting, auto microblasting, pickling, tumbling and electro-polishing. Prototype-through-production services supported by a complete metallurgical lab, R&D engineering capabilities and a staff of technical experts. Laserage is registered to ISO 13485:2003 for medical device components and to ISO 9001:2008 for all other products and components.
