Blister Card Cutter

The Blister Card Cutting system allows original format of blister card to be cut into different sizes. It is simple to use and compact in size. The blisters are loaded into a vertical magazine, and the cards are automatically fed into a shear cutting station. The BCS unit operates at a high-cycle rate and has an extremely fast change-over. The cutting knives are made from D-2 hardened tool steel and can cut blister cards of any size very quickly. This unit cuts the card into strips. The BCR unit – a rotary die cuts the blister card into any configuration or shape required. Radius edges and shaped blister cuts are possible with this unit. Quick rotary die change-over makes this unit easy to use and economical compared to other solutions.

AZCO’S TEST STRIP CUTTER is an automated two step system in which a diagnostic sheet is cut into individual pieces. The sheet is placed onto an in-feed station where it will cut the sheet into individual cards. The cutting station will have rotary shear cut blades driven by a variable speed motor. The individual cards will go over driven rollers which will help guide the cards onto a shingled table, and conveyor belts will index the cards into the second cutting station where the cards are cut into 6mm strips.
