The Blister Card Cutting system allows original format of blister cards to be cut into different sizes. It is simple to use and compact in size. The blisters are loaded into a vertical magazine, and the cards are automatically fed into a shear cutting station. The BCS unit operates at a high-cycle rate and has an extremely fast change-over. The cutting knives are made from D-2 hardened tool steel and can cut blister cards of any size very quickly. This unit cuts the card into strips. The BCR unit – a rotary die cuts the blister card into any configuration or shape required. Radius edges and shaped blister cuts are possible with this unit.
