Asahi Intecc offers to medical tubing manufacturers and polymer processors a compounding service in materials of FEP, PTFE, PFA, PE (HDPE, LDPE), NYLON, (Grilamid, Polyamide, Polyamide Elastomer, PEBAX) TPU, PP, in small, affordable quantities and short lead-times. Small lots (5kg) with excellent consistency and dispersion may be blended or pelletized in a wide range of colors. Contrast media options include bismuth trioxide Bi2O3, barium sulfate (BaSO4), bismuth subcarbonate (BiO)₂CO₃are available for applications which are viewed under fluoroscopy.
