The INTG2 recirculation pump incorporates two features that give OEM customers more flexibility and control of fluids in their system. The magnetically driven pump provides multiple supply voltage settings ranging from 9 to 27 volts as well as a speed control that gives OEMs the flexibility to change the pump’s speed in order to meet their system’s specific pressure and flow requirements. Equipped with a brushless DC motor, the magnetically driven INTG2 integrates the pump’s components into a compact, lightweight design, eliminating motor bearings and leaving the impeller assembly as the only moving part. Fewer parts promote longer life, quieter operation, lower power consumption, and mechanical integrity.LISTED UNDER: Centrifugal | Chemically Inert | Magnetic-Drive
GRI's Bellows Metering Pumps utilize GRI’s proven bellows and valving technology to provide an accurate and long-lasting metering. The proprietary blended polypropylene materials of construction and a wide selection of valve and O-ring elastomers produce chemical resistant pumps capable of handling a wide range of fluids. Bellows Metering Pumps were specifically designed for metering applications requiring low discharge pressures. Bellows pumps have been successfully applied in photo, X-ray and dental film processors, silver recovery systems, scientific and analytical instruments, detergent dispensers, blood analyzing equipment, thermal therapy equipment, waste removal systems, and wastewater and water treatment systems.LISTED UNDER: Bellows | Chemically Inert | Metering
Magnetic drive centrifugal pump operation is similar to a standard centrifugal pump except the motor shaft seal is removed resulting in the elimination of leaks caused by shaft seal failure. Typical OEM applications include film processors, Laser and x-ray cooling systems, medical, scientific, laboratory, solar thermal heating and cooling applications, and silver recovery equipment. Magnetic drive centrifugal pumps must be used where flooded suction conditions exist.LISTED UNDER: Centrifugal | Chemically Inert | Magnetic-Drive
GRI’s new Dosing Pumps are ideal for low flow, low pressure metering applications where a fixed flow rate is required. The Dosing Pumps are constructed entirely of plastic and use GRI’s time-proven bellows technology to provide a durable and accurate chemically resistant metering pump. When pumping water in laboratory test conditions, pumps rate at +/- 1%, stroke to stroke. As with all of GRI pumps, the Dosing Pumps are highly OEM customizable. A variety of configurations are available to meet many different system requirements. Typical applications include: Soap Dispensing, Chemical Dispensing, Appliance Market, Warewashing, Water Purification Market, Laboratory Market, HVAC Market, and OEM Markets requiring metering pumpsLISTED UNDER: Bellows | Chemically Inert | Metering
Gear pumps are designed primarily for metering and transfer applications. Their modular design allows a wide variation of flow ranges with a standard parts set. Gear pumps are self-priming and are “constant flow” pumps when RPM and differential pressure are constant. The materials of construction for bodies, gears and seals, provide a wide range of fluid compatibility.LISTED UNDER: Chemically Inert | Metering
Oscillating pumps are self-priming, corrosion resistant, have no dynamic seals and are constructed from FDA accepted materials. Typical applications include film and microfilm processors; litho and graphic arts plate processors; detergent dispensing, chemical mixing, medical, scientific and laboratory equipment. These pumps are intended for replenishing, transfer and circulating installations.LISTED UNDER: Chemically Inert | Positive-Displacement
The new KNF “Type NF1.25” micro diaphragm pump introduces an ideal high-pressure solution for dosing or transferring liquids or liquid-gas mixtures at flow rates up to 300 ml/min. This small and powerful pump is engineered to operate either intermittently or continuously against pressure up to 6 barG (87 psig) over the pump’s entire lifetime. Versions can be specially developed to handle even greater pressure up to 10 barG (145 psig). Typical OEM applications include medical devices and analyzers, inkjet printers, cleaning and disinfectant devices, water treatment systems, fuel cells, and semiconductors, among many others. Type NF1.25 pumps integrate a patented valve system and benefit from sophisticated diaphragm technology to achieve high levels of efficiency. OEMs can choose from a wide selection of motors, including iron core DC, ironless core DC, or brushless DC (BLDC) versions. The BLDC models can be supplied with simple 2-wire operation or with 4 wires enabling advanced tachometer output and speed control input and a highly linear control curve (flow rate vs. control voltage) allowing for use in closed-loop systems. A wide range of standard voltages and frequencies can be specified. These pumps are self-priming, can run dry, and require virtually no maintenance over a long lifetime. They offer superior chemical resistance resulting from the use of PP, PTFE, EPDM, and FFMP materials for components that will come into contact with the pumped medium. Most neutral and aggressive liquids can be handled without risk of corrosion or other damage. Specialized complementary accessories can be supplied, including an innovative anti-vibration mounting plate with the capability to dramatically reduce vibration levels and audible noise. Pumps can be mounted in any position.LISTED UNDER: Chemically Inert | Diaphragm Pump | Peristaltic
The new KNF FMM80 solenoid-driven diaphragm metering pump introduces an ideal solution to dispense liquids accurately in adjustable volumes between 30 microliters/stroke and 80 microlitrs/stroke. This pump – the latest in a growing family of KNF solenoid pump solutions and engineered to achieve significantly higher dose rates – can be driven with single impulses to deliver discrete micro-volumes or can be operated with a pulsed signal at a frequency up to 10Hz to provide continuous flow rates up to 48 ml/min. Typical applications include medical devices and diagnostic equipment, industrial dosing systems, inkjet printers, water treatment systems, and fuel cells, among many others. The FMM80 pump offers industry-leading service life (more than 500 million strokes), integrates a patented noise-suppression system for quiet-running operation, remains flow-tight in both directions with pressures of 14.5 PSIG at rest, exhibits stability against varying pressure, and sustains high repeatability over the pump’s entire lifetime. The pump’s diaphragm and patented valve system contribute to overall reliability and high performance. A wide selection of available head materials (PP, PVDF, EPDM, FFPM, or PTFE) enable the transfer of virtually all liquids, whether neutral or aggressive, and the pump can be mounted easily in any position using either a manifold or tubing. Value-added accessories include pressure control valves and pulsation dampeners and custom pump solutions can be developed to meet particular application needs.LISTED UNDER: Chemically Inert | Metering | Solenoid
