Circulation/Recirculation Magnetic Drive Pumps

July 25, 2013 3:55 pm | GRI Pumps | Products

Designed for the circulation and transfer of fluids, GRI’s Integrity Series Magnetic Drive Circulation Pumps offer a flexible and robust pumping solution to OEM fluid circulation applications. By manufacturing the motors and the majority of the pump’s components in-house, GRI has the flexibility to precisely configure an Integrity Series pump to meet an OEM’s specific flow and pressure requirements. Equipped with an integrated 9 to 24 volt brushless DC motor, the magnetically driven pumps incorporate the components into a compact, lightweight design, eliminating motor bearings and leaving the impeller assembly as the only moving part. Fewer parts promote long life, quiet operation, and low power consumption.

Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps

July 25, 2013 3:53 pm | GRI Pumps | Products

Magnetic drive centrifugal pump operation is similar to a standard centrifugal pump except the motor shaft seal is removed resulting in the elimination of leaks caused by shaft seal failure. Typical OEM applications include film processors, Laser and x-ray cooling systems, medical, scientific, laboratory, solar thermal heating and cooling applications, and silver recovery equipment. Magnetic drive centrifugal pumps must be used where flooded suction conditions exist.
