We focus on concept to production involving design, prototyping, tooling, sampling/layout, and production of components designed for close tolerance function. The materials laboratory develops and tests specific formulas for the application. Our secondary operations include laser machining, bonding, slitting, grinding, and ultrasonic finishing.

Extrusion capabilities include, I.D./O.D. tubing, multilumen, shapes, profiles and assemblies. Specialty products include catheters, pump and process tubing, insulators.

All operations are performed within newly completed & expanded Class 100,000 certified cleanrooms.
