These electroforms are custom designed, thin-walled, hollow metal components that can be used as molds, coldshields, waveguides, as precision tubing, precision nozzles, and other lightweight, structurally rigid components. Electroforms can be made as small as 0.02 in. diameter out of nickel, copper, gold, or silver, or a combination thereof.
