LISTED UNDER:

Vacuum sputtered thin films are produced to serve specialized medical electronic product applications. Precision single and multiple-layer thin film depositions are designed to provide functional conductive, shielding, optical, protective, electroluminescent, and reflective properties. Deposition source materials include platinum, gold, silver, copper, palladium, nickel, chromium, stainless steel, tin, titanium, zinc, indium tin oxide, and others. Sputtered coatings are produced on a broad range of flexible substrates encompassing polyimide, polyester, fluorocarbon, nylon, vinyl, scrim, fabric, membranes, and foam.
