Designed to be resistant to bacteria, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) cords present an alternative to Neoprene and offer enhanced retractile properties not offered by PVC. The cords can be used on defibrillators, nurse call buttons and hospital beds, and for various lighting purposes, including spot lighting over operating tables, heat lamps, and nose/throat lights. The cords' retractile properties make it easy to reach patients, while allowing compactness for easy storage. Available in 12-28 AWG, the cords are customized to handle varying amounts of amperage. The cords are featured in 12 in., 24 in., 36 in., and 48 in., which extend on a 1:5 ratio. Customized lengths and ratios are also available, with up to a 12 foot retracted length extending 60 feet, to meet the user's specific needs.
